Because the home is empty, we clean places that are normally blocked — inside cabinets and drawers, inside closets, behind where appliances sat, inside the refrigerator and oven, and edge-to-edge floors. It's the most thorough cleaning we offer.

How long does it take? Most move-in/move-out cleans take 4 to 8 hours with a team of 2–4 cleaners, depending on the size and condition of the property.

Can you clean before my final walk-through or closing? Yes. We work around closings, final walk-throughs, and lease deadlines. Let us know your date and we'll schedule around it.

Do I need to be there? No. Most clients leave a key, lockbox code, or coordinate access with their landlord, realtor, or property manager. We're fully insured and background-checked.

Do you clean inside the refrigerator and oven? Yes — these are included in most move-in/move-out cleans. If you prefer to opt out to save time or cost, just let us know.
